This happens sometimes when the information filled into the order form doesn’t match exactly with what your credit card company has on file, or when there is a technical glitch.

Your Card Has Not Yet Been Charged.

Your order is in pending status until it has been manually reviewed. Only AFTER that process will your card be charged and an email sent to you with download instructions.

We value your order and apologize for the delay. Unfortunately credit card fraud is a serious problem and as such precautions like these are insisted upon by the card companies.
